Welcome to my Blog “Crafting With A View”.

My name is Claudia Henderson and I am a crafter by heart. 
Card making, scrapbooking or any other form of paper crafting, I love them all. For me the most satisfying thing is to know I made someone smile and happy with a handmade gift. Unique, thoughtful and made with love…. 
I love taking photos and like all of us, I take way too many. Creating layout for these pictures and preserving these memories is just one of my passions. I teach classes for card making and scrapbooking and many other paper techniques. I share craft ideas and process videos on my YouTube channel for you to follow along.
I love watercoloring no matter if it is with paints, pencils or markers, they all have a special place in my craft room.
…. And yes, there is more 😊 In the summer months I enjoy gardening and growing vegetables. Fall is one of my favorite seasons because of the amazing color changes like the Indian Summer. The winters in Michigan can me long and cold and thats the best time to play in my craft room, to crochet a new blanket and bundle up with a good Murder Mystery book…what else can you do right?… well and in Spring we see what the weather brings and start all over again LOL…

I enjoyed being a maker with Close To My Heart for almost 15 years and it was very sad to see them close their doors in 2024. While one door closes another one opens as they say. I found a new home with Stampin’Up and I look forward to many more crafting years to come.
