Well, I had some paper leftover from the Card Club and since we never throw leftovers away, I had to come up with something. These bright colors make a perfect Birthday greeting....
I adhered a piece of patterned paper to the top of my card. The blue border was embossed with the Cuttlebug and then hand cut around the design. I used a white card stock strip and my corner rounder to create the scalloped border. The blue border is attached with foam dots, while the rest is glued directly to the card.
