Here is a fun quick card sending just a little note to someone. Here are some of the techniques we use creating this card:
Background stamping... we used the matching Close to My Heart Ink on the Canary Yellow cardstock background. Just stamping a few flowers and branches randomly on the paper.
The grey cardstock was embossed and the flower and leaf are colored in with some watercolor pencils.

This is a very nice card to make if you are just new to stamping. We used a small background stamp with little sprinkles to create the border on the card base. Just keep stamping around and don't worry if you are not all in line. At the end you will fill in the middle part and cover everything up.

Sometime you come along some long lost papers and then there is a brand new stamp set waiting to be used.
This bright emerald cardstock was just the right color to make my white flower die-cuts pop. I found in my stack some old glitter paper that matched perfectly with a leftover piece of the striped paper.
I used the Isabella - Scrapbooking Stamp and Die set (D2029) for this card.

Fun Birthday Card with an Interaction Feature
This is a fun spinner card to make. There are many stamp sets specifically made for this type of card, but I thought the Dessert one is fitting for a birthday card, right? To make it easy for you, use the Spinner Dies to cut out all the pieces you need. Have your foam adhesive ready and get started. Just a quick note, make sure when you stamp the phrases on the spinner part you have them in the right order. Normally you would spin the dial downward, which means you have to stamp the words in back order. I didn't pay attention so mine has to be dialed upward LOL
What do I mean by that? So my card says Happy, Birthday, To You and I stamped all of it twice on the big circle. To have it work the right way, spinning downward, you need to stamp the words To You, Birthday, Happy in this order. Like to see a quick video on how to make a card like this? comment below...

This is card fold is a cute and simple way to make a hand made card even more special. I am sorry that the video doesn’t show you the complete construction of the card from the beginning, but for some reason my recording wasn’t working. But I think it will be still easy to follow. 1. Ongoing special is the Bring Back my Paper Pack "White Pines" collection. Cute Christmas themed papers but also great for any winter/ fall pages and cards.
Here is an example of a rather simple but stunning card. Not much needed to create this one and you can choose to use card stock or design papers or a combo of both. Determine if you frame around the pieces is 1/8" or 1/4"or more.
For this particular card I chose a simple flower and sentiment.
