One is a scalloped edge thin cut which is great for shaker cards too. The other one is a window thin cut which I use a lot for cards and finally, remember the old Polaroid photos? Yes you can now recreate this style with a Polaroid thin cut. But there is more, you can get matching scenery stamps for these dies too.
